We’re here for you. We’ve been helping women and men deal with the stress of unplanned pregnancy in Central Pennsylvania since 1985. We can also refer you to local community resources that can help you with your specific needs that are outside the scope of our services.

Pregnancy Tests

Medically-Accurate Abortion Information
With your permission, we’ll share with you information regarding different abortion procedures that are available to you at your particular stage of pregnancy. With 4 locations in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties, we’re nearby.

Pregnancy Ultrasounds (Limited Obstetrical)
Free pregnancy ultrasounds (limited first-trimester obstetrical) are available to confirm if your pregnancy is viable and how far along you are (for those who qualify). Both pieces of information are very helpful as you consider your pregnancy options. Find a location »

Pregnancy Options Education (to help you make an informed pregnancy services decision)
A compassionate, non-judgmental Advocate will help you weigh your pregnancy options.

Prenatal Classes (individually-tailored)
If you choose to continue your pregnancy, we provide free weekly prenatal education to help you prepare for your baby’s birth. If you complete our prenatal classes (15 – 17 lessons) you will earn your choice of a brand new crib & mattress, new stroller/car seat combo, new bassinet, new pack, and play, or a case of formula. We’ll purchase it for you and ship it directly to your home.

Material Assistance (for you and your baby)
Each time you arrive for your class on-time and complete your homework, you will earn CARE cash that you can use in our Baby Boutiques to buy necessary and expensive baby supplies. We stock items such as formula, diapers, baby wipes, cribs, strollers, clothing, and more to help you provide for your child.
Do you have a specific item request? Let us know and we’ll search through our four Baby Boutiques located throughout Lebanon and Lancaster counties in order to find what you need. There may sometimes be a wait-list for more popular items. So please let us know early if you are in search of a specific item.

Referrals to local community services (such as shelter, housing, and food assistance)
If you are in need of assistance that is outside our scope of services we can refer you to other great community service organizations in Central Pennsylvania that provide a wide variety of support services. Housing, food, formula, and healthcare are just a few of the services available. Please ask your Advocate for more details.
